    Group Therapy

    Have you been burned down by the hardships and struggles of life? Has your self-esteem decreased and in its place depression, anxiety, anger, and fear have taken over? 

    Here at Mindful Counseling we want to help the flower that you are be able to continue to grow even after a forest fire. Our women’s counseling group will be focused on boosting self-esteem and confidence! 

    In this safe and non-judgmental space, you will have the opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings, learn coping skills, and connect with other women who are also on a journey towards self-acceptance and self-love. Our counselors will provide you with tools and techniques to help you overcome negative self-talk and cultivate a more empowering mindset! In group, we will work towards building a strong sense of self-worth and embracing your inner strengths!
